  1. Day-to-day technical support and fault management for all network products and services, monitoring alarms on customer routers and DDoS.
  2. Management of day-to-day operational matters and functions, including daily traffic health reporting.
  3. Customer service problems/network outages are managed according to SOC processes and procedures.
  4. SOPs are adhered to and escalated when necessary.
  5. Evaluation of SLA performance and continuous improvement is a key focus area.
  6. Achieving high standards of organizational KPIs is essential.
  7. Highly flexible and able to adapt well under pressure.
  8. Team members are expected to work 24 x 7 shift and standby.
  9. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  10. Degree in Data Communications and Networking or any Engineering field is preferred.
  11. Minimum one to two years experience in a Network Operation Centre environment.
  12. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and develop their skills.
