About the Job Title:

This position involves managing information technology infrastructure, providing technical support to internal users, and driving business growth through innovative solutions.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, Load balancer, F5, Akamai, and optimization both on-prem and in the cloud.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project rollouts and troubleshooting for supported services.
  • Monitor environment capacity, risk, and workload, and flag issues to appropriate parties, taking necessary remediation steps when required.
  • Apply best practices, strategies, methodologies, and approaches to Voice Services.
  • Create and review operational documentation as needed.
  • Establish governance best practices to ensure the quality and security of platforms across local BUs.
  • Serve as a role model, demonstrating leadership and guiding others.
  • Enhance service capabilities to AIA from vendor teams.
  • Work closely with Network, Security, and Cloud teams to deliver secure and stable services.
  • Stay informed about the latest methodologies, best practices, and trends in relevant sectors.
  • Be prepared for shift duty and on-call responsibilities.

Key Communication Requirements:

Internal (70%): Actively communicate with project teams, PMs, and architects; review meetings with management teams on company architecture periodically.

  • Communicate proactively with BT.
  • Manage requests independently from related stakeholders.
  • Meet with key project owners to gather feedback on deliveries periodically.
  • Exert strong influencing and positive win-win negotiation skills with stakeholders through continuous dialogue, impacting choices on project planning and implementation, and keeping projects on course.

Most challenging type of communication: Collaborating/co-working with Kyndryl to ensure alignment among database domains associated with proposed/alternative database solutions.

  • A self-starter able to work with remote teams located in multiple geographies.
  • Degree holder in IT or Computer Science or equivalent discipline.
  • Must be organized, able to work with minimal supervision, flexible to switch between different projects, and manage your own time well.
  • At least 5+ years' practical experience in network administration with strong technical knowledge in LAN/MAN/WAN/SD-WAN, Router/Switch, Wireless LAN, VPN, Network Management, Performance Monitoring, and Automation Tools in large enterprises within FSI preferably banking.
  • Familiarity with various vendor products such as Cisco, F5, Riverbed, Ipanema, and Akamai.
  • Relevant Certification with Cisco (CCNA/CCNP) etc. is highly desirable.
  • Cloud experience is essential, preferably with Azure.
  • Ability to manage, monitor, and troubleshoot both on-prem and virtual environments.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences including senior management level.
