  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network solutions with existing infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement network strategies that align with business objectives and drive continuous improvement.
  • Liaise with external vendors to resolve operational issues and execute projects, ensuring seamless integration and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee 24/7 remote network monitoring and management to ensure continuous operational stability.
  • Address networking issues related to corporate and shared network environments, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Lead the resolution of high-priority incidents, coordinating the troubleshooting and break-fix processes.
  • Manage and monitor both existing and new network solutions, ensuring stability and minimal downtime.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in technology or any other bachelor's degree.
  • 8-10 years of Enterprise / Telecom Network infrastructure relevant experience.
  • Experience in core data center & Campus networking technologies is mandatory (WAN, wireless would be an added advantage).

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge on network troubleshooting for Large Data Centers, Large WAN/Network environment.
  • Good knowledge and experience on Routing, Switching, Wireless, load balancers, WAN optimizers, DNS, DHCP, VXLAN, VPN.
  • Expert level knowledge in at least one of the cloud technologies (Azure, GCP, AWS).
  • Knowledge in working with SDWAN products (SilverPeak).

Soft Skills:

  • Detailed, oriented with excellent communication skills (written & oral) particularly the ability to communicate with staff who aren't technically trained.
  • Presentation skills, quick learner, self-initiated, team player, open to work in shifts to support and monitor the Global Network Infrastructure.
