Client Acquisition Manager

CIMB is a leading financial institution in the region, and we are seeking an exceptional SME Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new SME clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing SME clients, and providing exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to analyze financial data and make informed recommendations. Prior experience in sales, business development, or relationship management is essential, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
Key Areas of Responsibility:- Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new SME clients to expand CIMB's portfolio.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing SME clients to meet their banking needs.
- Financial Advisory: Offer tailored financial solutions and advisory services to SME clients.
- Risk Assessment: Evaluate the creditworthiness of clients by analyzing financial statements and assessing risk factors.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to analyze financial data and make informed recommendations.
