Prior experience in sales, business development, or relationship management is essential, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new SME clients to expand CIMB's portfolio.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing SME clients to meet their banking needs.
  • Financial Advisory: Offer tailored financial solutions and advisory services to SME clients.
  • Risk Assessment: Evaluate the creditworthiness of clients by analyzing financial statements and assessing risk factors.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in sales, business development, or relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and make informed recommendations.
