Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at GAMUDA. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring efficient document management within the organization.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Providing administrative support, including managing office operations, scheduling meetings, handling communication, and maintaining records and office supplies.
  2. Developing and implementing effective document management systems, including organizing and storing project documents.
  3. Ensuring document revisions are tracked and distributed to relevant stakeholders, meeting deadlines and compliance standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or document control role, preferably in a construction or engineering environment.
