About the Role:The Commercial Lead will be responsible for ensuring team sales targets are met, generating revenue for the organization, while establishing strong professional relationships with key stakeholders, target physician groups, and key institutions.
This role involves leading a team of professionals to achieve common goals and objectives by motivating, coaching, and driving sales. The Commercial Lead will also develop, identify, and assign projects, activities, or initiatives to team members to enhance their capabilities and growth.
- Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets, while establishing strong professional relationships with key stakeholders, target physician groups, and key institutions.
- Develop and implement customer-specific territory business plans and resource allocation to maximize business results.
- Monitor and analyze changes in the marketplace to effectively manage both tactical and strategic initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Hire, train, coach, and develop talents by assigning leadership projects & activities.
- Motivate team members – involve them in target setting, forecasting, and empower them.
- Champion for Sales ACE and GROW model.
- Conduct performance evaluations for each team member and develop coaching plans as needed.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and foster an environment that promotes ethical behavior and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
