Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Executive to manage company licenses, foreign worker permits, and general administration tasks at CK East Construction Sdn Bhd.

Key Accountabilities
  • Ensure timely submission and renewal of company license and Foreign worker works permit applications.
  • Oversee the preparation, processing, and generation of purchase orders and administrative documents according to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources team on various HR-related tasks.
  • Maintain organized and secure record-keeping systems, with relevant documentation and filing.
  • Monitor office activities and business transactions, preparing comprehensive reports and maintaining accurate records.
  • Offer technical assistance to prevent errors from recurring.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned by senior staff members.
Essential Skills
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with Mandarin being an asset.
  • A pleasant demeanor, high level of responsibility, and trustworthiness.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Photoshop.
  • Willingness to work at Taman Melati, Setapak.
