We're looking for a skilled individual to join our team as a Technical Customer Success Manager. This role involves providing exceptional support to customers, managing technical issues, and fostering strong relationships with clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing top-notch support to customers through various channels.
- Developing in-depth product knowledge to effectively address customer queries.
- Fostering strong relationships with customers and ensuring their business success.
- Managing and escalating technical issues to the product team.
- Basic accounting knowledge (Diploma / degree or professional certificates in accounting or equivalent).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or customer-facing roles.
- Junior to mid-level positions available.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with an additional language preferred.
- Tech-savvy and attention to detail.
- Excellent self-motivation and self-discipline.
- Strong logical thinking and analytical skills.
