We're looking for a skilled individual to join our team as a Technical Customer Success Manager. This role involves providing exceptional support to customers, managing technical issues, and fostering strong relationships with clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Providing top-notch support to customers through various channels.
  2. Developing in-depth product knowledge to effectively address customer queries.
  3. Fostering strong relationships with customers and ensuring their business success.
  4. Managing and escalating technical issues to the product team.
Requirements
  1. Basic accounting knowledge (Diploma / degree or professional certificates in accounting or equivalent).
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or customer-facing roles.
  3. Junior to mid-level positions available.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with an additional language preferred.
  5. Tech-savvy and attention to detail.
  6. Excellent self-motivation and self-discipline.
  7. Strong logical thinking and analytical skills.
