Account Payable / Account Receivable - Korean Speaking

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at Businesslist. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for processing and coding invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process and code invoices in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including reconciliations and follow-up on outstanding payments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and journals.
  • Perform tasks assigned by the Invoice Processing Lead, including data entry and reporting.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to account delinquency and communicate with management as needed.
  • Review and monitor assigned accounts and all applicable collection reports.
  • Attend regular meetings with management to discuss client payment updates and provide timely follow-up.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Previous experience in accounting, commerce, economics, procurement, or finance roles.
