Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to join our team as Senior Executive, Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategic operations goals in collaboration with upper management.

You will plan, organize, implement, and control the overall work program within the framework provided for all regions, ensuring operational performance is consistently high.

  • Developing strategic long-range plans to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Organizing, supervising, training, disciplining, and appraising subordinates and operatives to achieve optimum productivity and work quality.
  • Liaising with Vendors/Suppliers for related machinery issues.

Additionally, you will provide relevant training to subordinates and Machine Specialists, support the Operating Unit Manager and Regional Management in ensuring compliance with environment, safety & health regulations, and monitor and supervise the Regional Team in their mechanical application as instructed by the company.

Requirements
  • Preferably 4 - 5 years of working experience in mechanization/operation services or equivalent.
  • Preferably experienced in Plantation.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Operations / Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
