The Role of Senior Case Analyst involves conducting in-depth investigations into dubious health claims cases. As a key member of the Investigation team, you will be responsible for obtaining medical evidence to support claims decisions. Your expertise in interpersonal and communication skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders throughout the investigation process.
The Successful Candidate
Possess at least a Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Finance/ Accounting/ Business Administration/ Pharmacy or other related fields. At least 5 years working experience; proven understanding in Investigations, Medical/ Pharmacy/ Laboratory knowledge. Strong analytical skills with an enquiring mind to efficiently carry out effective investigations. Good management, organizational, leadership and communication skills. Demonstrates alignment with the organisation's core values through expected behaviours. High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
