Job Description:

  1. Working as a Counter Fraud Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and gathering fraud intelligence, conducting fraud research, and providing professional services to our clients.
  2. You will be the subject matter expert for fraud, safety, and identity risk domains to various company functions.
  3. You will conduct fraud verification of reported fraud activities/cases from various drivers that come through the FairPlay Program.
  4. You will obtain evidence, gather ground intelligence of common fraud schemes, and provide the necessary support in investigations happening in the market.
  5. You will drive continuous improvements in fraud detection through investigations and research.
  6. You will engage with cross-functional stakeholders in engineering, data science, data analytics, product, and business teams to implement risk mitigation and improvement solutions.
  7. You will perform research and use data analytics/data science models to identify fraudulent behaviors and implement strategies to take action on bad actors on the platform.
  8. You will recommend optimized risk controls and processes to monitor high-risk transactions and activities while minimizing false positives and manual reviews.
  9. You will report facts to senior and executive management in a clear, concise, and data-driven manner.
