We are seeking a Marketing Director for Food and Beverage to lead key marketing initiatives within the F&B sector in SEA. As a global leader in water, hygiene, and infection prevention solutions, we help businesses maintain clean and safe environments while optimising resources.

Your New Role

\
  • You will develop and execute sales and marketing strategic plans and annual plans to drive sustainable double-digit growth of segment across the market.
  • You will own market research, including Voice of the Business and Voice of the Customer, in order to gain customer insights and develop the key customer requirements for both present and future needs.
  • You will conduct and refine the market research through various methods such as situational analysis, market size, business trends and drivers.
  • You will own new product introduction as well as drive internal processes through specification systems in coordination with related parties.
  • You will develop, own and manage a 3-year innovation pipeline through the Phase & Gate process.
  • You will coordinate local country sales needs and Marketing Communication team to organise events.
  • You will lead cross-functional teams with partners in R&D, Supply Chain, Logistics, Regulatory, etc. to execute program launches.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • You will have at least 5 years of working experience in a Business-to-Business Marketing/Sales role.
  • You will have experience of developing campaigns that deliver a defined brand experience.
  • You will be able to drive day-to-day tactics while building strategies and initiatives that will deliver in the longer term.
  • You will be self-driven and highly collaborative.
  • Exposure to the food and beverage manufacturing environment with involvement in the dairy value chain is preferred.
