**Job Summary**

The Assistant Front Office Manager is responsible for assisting the Front Office Manager in administering front office functions and supervising staff. This role involves directing and working with managers and employees to ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise front office staff, including Bell/Door Staff, Switchboard, and Guest Services/Front Desk.
  • Assist in implementing procedures to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with managers and employees to achieve guest satisfaction and maximize financial performance.

**Requirements**

To succeed as an Assistant Front Office Manager, you should possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, or related field.
  • OR a 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business.
