About the Job:

  • This is an entry-level position that requires a degree/Diploma in Administration/Management or minimum SPM.
  • The ideal candidate will have good communication and supervision skills.
  • Experience in sales administration is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing effective administration systems and procedures, including retention policy.
  • They will also maintain company's interest and image ahead by providing excellence services to purchaser, financial institutions, solicitors and other related parties.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Good working knowledge of statutory act related to property development (eg. Housing Developers (Control & Licensing) Act, Strata Title Act etc), developer's computer system.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
