Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Collection Specialist to join our team at Hiredly X. The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating settlements and working with customers and repossessors to find solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate with customers to secure full or partial settlements on written-off accounts.
  • Contact customers to gather information about untraceable vehicles and persuade them to surrender the vehicles voluntarily.
  • Coordinate with repossessors to take proactive action in repossession and disposal of untraceable vehicles.
  • Monitor repayment of customers enrolled in existing settlement schemes and follow up to ensure timely payments.
  • Manage inbound inquiries related to written-off accounts.
  • Provide recommendations for feasible legal actions and participate in their execution.
Requirements
  • A minimum Bachelor of Degree qualification in Business Administration, Banking, or Finance, or relevant working experience.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of related experience in banking and finance.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Good interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ad hoc travelling is required as part of the role.
