Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Sales Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business leads/opportunities through networking, engaging in cold-calling to create interest in our company products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  1. Arrange, prepare and deliver customer presentations including high-level solution overviews and/or demos.
  2. Understand customers' business needs and challenges and position the relevant solutions that address those needs.
  3. Manage sales opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
  4. Meet or exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall team targets as set by management.
  5. Attend and contribute to team meetings and report progress towards achieving account or go-to-market strategies with management and peers.
  6. Maintain strategic relationships with existing customers and upsell and/or cross-sell.
  7. Maintain strategic partnerships with technology vendors and distributors.
  8. Respond to tender documents and prepare proposals as well as any supporting documentation.

Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  2. Strong initiative & people networking skills.
