The ideal candidate for this role will possess strong technical skills in Salesforce administration and development, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a key member of our IT team, you will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to design and implement effective digital transformation strategies that drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and configure Salesforce instances, including user and license management, system configuration, change control, and enhancements.
  • Ensure security and compliance by maintaining user accounts, roles, profiles, permission, sharing rules, field level security, content folder rights, groups, and list view rights.
  • Provide expert-level support to local Salesforce users and regional Salesforce admins, ensuring timely resolution of issues and queries.
  • Manage service requests and troubleshoot complex issues, working collaboratively with diverse user groups and business leads to deliver high-quality support via ticket system.
  • Presentation of changes/system enhancements, integration opportunities, and comprehensive training to diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate with business owners to conduct training on new features and assist with roll-out.
  • Manage large-scale data imports and exports.
  • Tackle additional projects assigned by management.
  • Gather and document user and stakeholder requirements.
  • Direct interaction with managers and end-users to analyze project objectives and capability requirements.
  • Foster collaboration with project managers, users, and other business application developers to design integration strategies and ensure seamless application integration.
  • Partner with the development team to create customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, aligning with business needs and objectives.
  • Develop training materials and provide user training for new functionalities.
  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure application stability and functionality.
Essential Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or relevant field.
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce product and 3+ years of hands-on administration experience with Sales Cloud.
  • In-depth understanding of Salesforce sharing and security concepts.
  • Proficiency in performing Salesforce configuration changes, including but not limited to: Workflow, Process Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.
  • Able to demonstrate a proactive approach to platform enhancements.
  • Commitment to implementing best practices in solution delivery.
  • Availability and responsiveness to client queries.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and ability to interact with various stakeholders.
