Accounting Services Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Services Coordinator to join our team at RSM Outsourcing. As an Accounting Services Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the preparation of financial statements, managing cash flow, and analyzing financial performance.
The successful candidate will possess strong accounting skills, excellent analytical abilities, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Manage cash flow by tracking receipts, making payments, and reconciling accounts.
- Analyze financial performance by reviewing financial reports, identifying areas for improvement, and developing recommendations for cost savings.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent accounting knowledge, including financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
