The Sales Support Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating customer communications, and preparing reports. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to sales representatives, including preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  • Manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery, and maintain customer records in CRM systems.
  • Organize and maintain sales documents, reports, and records, and prepare sales reports, forecasts, and tracking documents for management.
  • Communicate with customers to resolve issues or answer questions, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred, with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-focused attitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
