Job Description

  • Assist Operations Standardization Lead in driving process standardization and project implementation.
  • Align business process standardization strategy with regional direction & strategy to drive process standardization across different business activities.
  • Propose and implement business process improvements through available methods/automation tools to support business & project development throughout the project life cycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in operations/continuous improvement in a shared service centre for finance operations (P2C, O2C, R2R) and/or non-finance operations.
  • Experience working in an ERP accounting environment, using such systems as Oracle, Microsoft Power Platform, and/or Esker/Ariba is a must.
  • Understanding and competence in implementing process improvement & standardization initiatives with knowledge of DX & related tools is a must.
