We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our Global Operations Group at Lam Research.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and implementing activities related to procurement, inventory control, and quality control of production materials.

Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining policies, procedures, and material control systems to reduce costs and streamline processes.

You will also be responsible for ensuring the availability of materials in the supply chain, maintaining inventory at minimum acceptable levels, and coordinating global procurement efforts.

In addition, you will work closely with finance and accounting teams to review and plan requirements for acceptable inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide dedicated supply chain operations support at the Lam factory
* Track, monitor, and drive actions for product transitions, supplier readiness, and qualifications
* Manage technical and non-technical supply chain projects using an internal customer perspective
* Provide forecasting, planning, and strategic execution support to the supply chain

Requirements

* BS Degree in Business or Engineering
* Min 7 years of experience in the industry with good business acumen and interpersonal skills
* High level of organizational skills
* Excellent problem-solving methods
* Exceptional verbal and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Excellent knowledge of program management, including previous experience working with supply chain and a thorough understanding of best practices
* SAP knowledge is a plus
* Highly competent communicator who can successfully interact with cross-functional teams, sponsors, management, and business partners
* Skilled in MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word
