About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the ZUS Coffee team as an Event Manager. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent organizational and communication skills to manage our events from start to finish.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events that showcase our brand and provide exceptional experiences for our customers.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent ZUS Coffee at events and manage client expectations
  • Plan and execute events, ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless event execution
  • Achieve favorable stakeholder reviews following each event
  • Ensure operational challenges are addressed promptly and resolved efficiently
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Event Management, Hospitality & Tourism, or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in event operations/event management
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Team player with ability to collaborate with internal teams
  • Possess own transportation with willingness to travel (75% of the time)
