Outdoor Sales Executive
Job Description:
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Deliver presentations, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet targets.
- Analyze market trends and generate leads through various channels.
- Ensure client satisfaction through excellent after-sales support.
- Address customer needs with relevant, value-driven solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A reliable vehicle is a must.
- 2-3 years of outdoor sales experience are required.
- Prior experience in vehicles spare parts will be an advantage.
- A genuine passion for sales is essential.
- Strong negotiation and selling skills are necessary.
- Travel is a requirement.
- Good communication skills in Mandarin and basic English are necessary.
Benefits:
- Basic Salary: RM 3,000.00 - RM 4,000.00 per month.
- Commission entitlement: RM 2,000.00 - RM 8,000.00 per month.
- Included benefits: car allowances, petrol, toll, and parking expenses.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (9:30 am - 6:30 pm), Saturday (9:30 am - 4:00 pm).
- Annual leave, medical claims, performance bonus, and EPF, Socso, and EIS contributions are part of the package.
