We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Product Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets for mobile devices, accessories, and value-added services.

You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations for mobile devices and accessories. You will also be responsible for maintaining an organized sales floor, ensuring attractive displays and proper stock levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Host live sessions on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok to showcase mobile devices, trade-in programs, and promotional offers.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets for mobile devices, accessories, and value-added services.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain an organized sales floor, ensuring attractive displays and proper stock levels.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in mobile devices or electronics.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to present products confidently and professionally.
  • Languages: Ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
