Territory Growth Specialist

Veeam's Data Platform provides a single solution for cloud, virtual, physical, SaaS, and Kubernetes environments that gives IT and security leaders peace of mind that their apps and data are protected and always available.

As a Territory Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding Veeam's presence in your assigned territory.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, to develop and execute regional growth strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through upselling and cross-selling existing products and services.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive level decision-makers.
  • Analyzing customer data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase customer engagement.
  • Managing customer accounts and developing strategic plans to drive growth and retention.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years relevant work experience in one or more of the following: Sales, Account Management, Customer Success Account Management, Renewals.
  • Proven track record of overachievement of quota and KPIs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and influence at all levels of an organization.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the proven ability to prioritize and multi-task to meet deadlines and quotas.
  • Ability to work in a semi-autonomous and fast-paced environment.
