Global Sales Strategist

This role requires a seasoned Key Account Manager or Sales professional from a leading retail brand, with a proven track record of driving regional expansion through strategic distributor management.
Your Mission:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to ensure brand consistency and achieve ambitious targets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement effective campaigns and support local marketing efforts.
- Build and nurture strong distributor relationships as the primary liaison, understanding their needs and maximizing their performance.
- Optimize supply chain and demand planning to ensure timely product availability.
- Analyze markets and deliver insights to monitor trends, provide performance reports, and identify growth opportunities.
- Equip distributors with training and support to empower them for success.
Requirements:
- Retail Brand Experience: A proven track record in key account management or sales within a recognized retail brand.
- Global Distributor Expertise: 10+ years of experience managing international distributor networks, ideally in consumer goods.
- Regional Expansion Success: Demonstrated ability to drive successful expansion into new global markets.
- Strategic Sales Acumen: Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that deliver exceptional results.
- Exceptional Communication and Negotiation Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical and Data-Driven Approach: Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Cultural Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment and manage relationships across diverse regions.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
