Global Sales Strategist

Morgan Philips is partnered with a leading global retail brand to drive commercial growth and operational excellence across diverse markets.

This role requires a seasoned Key Account Manager or Sales professional from a leading retail brand, with a proven track record of driving regional expansion through strategic distributor management.

Your Mission:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to ensure brand consistency and achieve ambitious targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement effective campaigns and support local marketing efforts.
  • Build and nurture strong distributor relationships as the primary liaison, understanding their needs and maximizing their performance.
  • Optimize supply chain and demand planning to ensure timely product availability.
  • Analyze markets and deliver insights to monitor trends, provide performance reports, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Equip distributors with training and support to empower them for success.

Requirements:

  • Retail Brand Experience: A proven track record in key account management or sales within a recognized retail brand.
  • Global Distributor Expertise: 10+ years of experience managing international distributor networks, ideally in consumer goods.
  • Regional Expansion Success: Demonstrated ability to drive successful expansion into new global markets.
  • Strategic Sales Acumen: Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that deliver exceptional results.
  • Exceptional Communication and Negotiation Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical and Data-Driven Approach: Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Cultural Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment and manage relationships across diverse regions.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
