Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Franchise Expansion and Revenue Growth Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new leads, managing existing leads, and collaborating with our franchise development team to drive the growth of our franchise operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead Identification and Pursuit
    • Utilize various channels, including inbound inquiries, networking, and prospecting, to identify and pursue new leads.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and current franchisees.
  • Lead Management and Collaboration
    • Manage and maintain an organized database of all leads and inquiries to ensure timely follow-up.
    • Collaborate with the franchise development team to expand the brand and course offerings through franchise opportunities.
    • Assist in onboarding and supporting new franchise partners, ensuring they understand the company's values and processes.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting
    • Track and document sales activities, leads, and enrollments.
    • Provide regular updates to management on progress towards sales and franchise goals.
    • Help analyze sales trends and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in education or franchise development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with parents, clients, and franchisees.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks while working toward sales goals.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Basic understanding of franchise business models is a plus.
