Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Phone Support Representative to join our dynamic team at Income Insurance Limited. As a key member of our Contact Centre, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our policyholders' enquiries are handled promptly and professionally.

Your primary responsibility will be to attend to customers' inquiries on various fronts, effectively maintaining our Contact Centre's high level of accessibility. You will empathize with customers, offer clear and relevant advice, and provide policy recommendations. Your strong interpersonal skills and ability to answer queries clearly over the phone will be essential in this role.

To succeed as a Phone Support Representative, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call centre environment
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and services, with a willingness to learn and develop your expertise
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • A patient and empathetic approach, with the ability to handle complex problems and situations
