Responsibilities
  • Input into overall hiring strategy to ensure the organization consists of diverse teams with qualified individuals.

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent from various channels while upholding the confidentiality of data.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or similar.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of candidate selection methods and full-cycle recruiting.
