**Financial Controller Role at a Globally Recognized Group**

Our client, a leading global organization in the production, sales, and service sectors, is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join their dynamic finance team.

  • Key role in risk assessment, cash flow forecasting, and tracking invested assets performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all finance, accounting, and reporting activities.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage organizational cash flow forecasting and track the performance of invested assets.
Key Accountabilities:
  • Maintain internal control and safeguards for receipt of revenue, costs, and program budgets and actual expenditures.
  • Periodically analyze and report manufacturing costs of all products to ensure correctness of transfer pricing.
  • Coordinate both internal & external audits and work with auditors to facilitate the audit process and address any findings.
  • Assist in the annual budgeting and planning process; administer and review all financial plans.
  • Assess risks associated with operations and implement appropriate risk-mitigation strategies.
  • Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation.
  • Manage and track the performance of invested assets in keeping with policies and investment guidelines.
  • Participate actively in the continuous improvement process.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of a BA; CPA and/or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a controller within the manufacturing industry or sector.
  • Solid experience coordinating audit activities and managing reporting, budget development and analysis.
  • Proficiency in Manufacturing cost accounting.
  • Experienced with MS Office and SAP FI/CO.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to effectively communicate key data.
  • Ability to translate complex financial concepts to individuals at all levels including finance and non-finance managers.
