Sales Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Manager to join our team at Versatile Creation Sdn Bhd. As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recommend prospects for new business opportunities and analyze sales options.
- Hunt for new sales and develop organic growth of existing customers.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline while ensuring sustainable growth of Field Sales customers in terms of volumes, revenues, and GP.
- Build a strong client relationship to ensure account growth and retention of existing customer base.
- Meet with potential customers to determine their operational needs and requirements, and work together with Commercial and Solution teams for appropriate or customized solutions.
- Explore and progressively manage new business opportunities and foster cross-selling activities within the country.
- Develop Sales channel strategy according to the size of the customers (Field Sales, Indoor Sales & Sales Support) in alignment with the Land Product Management and Country/Cluster CCO.
- Maintain data integrity in CRM tool through regular and accurate updates.
- Work closely with Land Transport Commercial team for RFI/RFQ/RFP.
- Assist Credit Control Team connecting customers for Account Receivable collection.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Business Management related to Transport/Logistics. Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in the industry.
- Possess strong hunter and entrepreneurial mindset among other sales-related competencies, i.e., Strategic Selling Skills, Strategic Account Management Skills, Customer-centric, Presentation and Negotiation Skills.
- Good planning and organizational skills. Must be able to think diligently and probe the right questions to derive correct information.
- Must have analytical skills and able to think out of the box to assist with solutions.
- Good communication skills, competent in English, both written and spoken.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.
- Knowledge of MS Office Software and ability to create and deliver presentations.
Other Details:
This is a 5-day work week, 9am-6pm. Salary range basic + Allowances + AWS + Bonus.
