Seven Star is seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing tailored solutions to meet their unique needs.
About the Role
We require an experienced and results-driven individual who can provide exceptional customer service, build trust, and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with Chinese families seeking consultancy services in various aspects of their lifestyle needs.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
* Provide solutions to customer inquiries with detailed and accurate information.
* Negotiate contracts, finalize agreements, and oversee payment collection to drive revenue growth.
* Identify and share ideas and innovations to generate growth in areas adjacent to Seven Star's core products and services.
Requirements
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in education, family services, or consultancy.
* Bilingual in Mandarin and English, with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Independent and driven, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and execute tasks with close follow-ups.
