Job Description

As a Senior Executive/Assistant Marketing Manager, Payments, you will be responsible for designing and implementing campaigns across the full marketing mix. Your focus will be on generating revenue that is repeatable, predictable, and scalable, with measuring ROI at its core. You will support the implementation of high-impact marketing strategies that go beyond industry norms, setting new standards and driving innovation to ensure our efforts not only attract attention but also create lasting impressions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analysis for marketing planning: Provide analysis that supports and informs marketing campaigns and new product feature launches.
  • Collaboration with data, product, and customer success teams: Analyze customer behavior and past campaign performance to inform marketing campaigns and new product feature launches.
  • Full-funnel marketing efforts: Implement campaigns across the full marketing mix, including promotion, paid media, events/webinars, affiliate and partnership, content and social strategy, and referral programs.
  • Customer acquisition and lifecycle management: Develop compelling content themes to educate customers and drive upsell/cross-sell, reduce churn, and grow loyalty.

Requirements

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills: Analyze complex situations, identify problems, and devise effective solutions.
  • Time management and agility: Successfully navigate in fast-paced, dynamic environments while juggling multiple projects efficiently.
  • Analytics and data-driven mindset: Strong in analytics and have a data-driven mindset.
  • CRM/marketing automation tools: Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, SalesForce, Braze, Marketo, etc.
  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Marketing experience: At least 3 years of marketing experience in the fintech, banking, financial services, SaaS, e-commerce, or AppTech industry.
  • Education and certifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field. Additional marketing certifications are a plus.
  • Interpersonal and leadership skills: Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Industry knowledge: Knowledge of the payment/banking/financial landscape in Southeast Asia will be a plus.
