Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate Effectively: Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner, ensuring excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Resolve Issues Efficiently: Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels, resolving customer concerns promptly.
  • Conduct Training Sessions: Provide training for customers on using our company products, equipping them with the necessary knowledge to maximize their experience.
  • Assist with System Implementation: Assist and support customers in implementing the system, ensuring a smooth transition.
Minimum Requirements
  • A high school diploma or degree equivalent is required for this role.
  • You must possess Excellent Communication Skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial for this role.
  • Previous experience in a customer support role or similar position is highly valued.
  • You should be able to train and support computerized accounting systems.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting and Microsoft Office is also required.
  • Knowledge of Windows Applications and Networking is an advantage.
  • You must own transportation and be willing to travel locally.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with in-house training provided and partial work-from-home arrangements considered.
