Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables' data into ERPs;">
  • Reconciling the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accurately processed and recorded;">
  • Providing exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and other clerical tasks;">
  • Verifying discrepancies and resolving clients' billing issues;">
  • Facilitating payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders to clients;">
  • Generating statements of accounts and reports detailing accounts receivable status;">
  • Posting receipts to appropriate general ledger accounts and verifying transaction details;">
  • Preparing weekly receivable statements;">
  • Compiling and sorting documents, preparing and posting finance-related credit and debit memos;">
  • Calculating sales commission for related entities' sales personnel;">
  • Supporting other groups in the accounting department with various administrative tasks;">

Your Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field;">
  • Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics;">
