Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirement gathering from business stakeholders, map business requirements, processes and objectives, identify gaps, perform detailed analysis of business process requirements and provide system solutions or work around solutions
  • Document functional designs, write Functional Specification, write training document and write User test scripts
  • Provide training and user support as required
  • Offer consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in S/4HANA and Fiori
  • Expertise in Sales Module and TM / Shipment modules which bring total solution for Sales & Distribution
  • A strong understanding of what SAP standard solution can provide
  • Strong integration expertise with other SAP modules such as MM, PP, TM, EWM and FICO modules
  • Ability to work self-directed and independently - may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members
  • Familiarity with Integration with 3rd party system eg. Customer EDI (Electronic data interface) using IDoc/RFC/API
  • Familiarity with Workflow process in SD Module
  • Experience on LTMC & LSMW tools
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects
  • A minimum of 5 years designing and configuring SD modules
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
  • Experience in a Professional Services or Distribution company
  • Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective
  • Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
  • Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a can-do attitude adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness
  • Bright, outgoing personality with a positive outlook and strong team-working
  • Tenacious and willing to work extra hours on some occasions, to complete tasks
  • Ability to develop immediate credibility with all levels of consultants and acquire an in-depth understanding of the business and customers
  • Ability to convey decisions and requirements clearly and appropriately
  • Diplomatic but with assertive conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills, identifying and balancing the needs of the individual, the client and the organization
  • Confident in managing multiple tasks and tight deadlines, with a desire to succeed in a dynamic and fast changing environment
  • Open to Malaysians only, based in Malaysia and willing to travel
