**Role Description**

The SMB Channel Manager will be responsible for managing the overall operations of SME Dealers and driving sales growth and revenue from these dealers.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Individual sales target achievement for assigned dealers.
  • Dealer sales business performance development and management.
  • Motivating dealers' sales staff to deliver sales targets.
  • Providing monthly training modules to re-energize dealer's knowledge about Maxis packages, selling skills, and solution business.
  • Strengthening area through tactical activities such as roadshows, seminars to achieve maximum market share.
  • Market intelligence collection on specific parameters, industry trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging new technologies to establish Market Resource Center (MRC).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales and Marketing or related field.
  • Relevant experience in channel management (1-3 years).
  • Able to grow and develop strong channels.
