Key Responsibilities:
  • Support business operations through SAP L1 Support in various departments, including Finance, Accounting, Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, and Industry business streams.
  • Identify business needs and propose solutions to bridge gaps and issues.
  • Analyze problems and develop solutions collaboratively with HQ/Global Teams.
  • Deliver training sessions and user support when required.
  • Develop functional designs for business processes within the system.
  • Design test cases.
  • Author user manuals and training guides.
  • Incorporate other Business Application Systems into the ERP System.
  • Participate in projects with HQ/Global Teams and vendors.
Essential Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in SAP S/4 Hana modules (SD, MM, FI) within the consumer electronics sales industry, holding an SAP S/4 Hana proficiency/training certificate is preferred.
