About This Opportunity

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Key Account Relationship Manager. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in driving growth and profitability within assigned territories.

Main Responsibilities
  • Relationship Building

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining profitable relationships with new and existing customers, actively managing their daily work processes, and prioritizing tasks to meet operational and strategic objectives.

Sales Support and Team Management

You will also manage teamwork for sales support, coordinate/assess sales and service teams, provide technical advice to customers, and develop positive customer relationships through regular meetings.

Trend Monitoring and Issue Resolution

In addition, you will anticipate customer needs, monitor trends, and recommend changes to improve business operations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, applicants must have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 2 or more years of experience in a related field. They should also possess thorough knowledge of large accounts, underwriting, including loss development, underwriter communication, etc., and be willing to travel.
