Job Description:
Automont Gatsby is looking for a highly skilled Sales Support And Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To oversee the identification of new local and overseas business opportunities in line with the company's business strategies.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with the company's overall strategy.
  • To analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • To provide training and support to sales staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • To monitor and control outstanding payments via Trade Debtors Aging Report to minimize potential losses due to bad debts.
  • To conduct research to understand market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • To compile and analyze data to help the team make informed decisions.
  • To plan and execute marketing campaigns that engage with customers and promote products.
  • To create marketing materials such as brochures, social media posts, and email newsletters.
  • To monitor and manage social media accounts to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • To prepare sales presentations and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • To ensure daily sales and marketing administration issues and documentations are organized systematically with accuracy at all times.
  • To prepare and submit quotations within the given timeframe.
  • To keep all filing up to date and easily accessible.
  • To plan, prepare, and liaise with Production for all production plans and delivery dates.
  • To manage all customers' orders and deliveries efficiently and effectively.
  • To develop business opportunities with potential and existing customers.
  • To aggressively market and promote the company's products to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • To conduct market research and brand creation to stay ahead of the competition.
  • To be responsible for prospecting, managing, and maintaining good relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty with the aim of growing sales.
  • To be in charge of marketing activities to meet business targets.
  • To prepare regular reports and presentations on sales activities, performance, and plans to maximize sales and increase market share.
  • To understand fully the range of products and be able to explain the benefits to customers.
  • To resolve customer complaints regarding product quality or service issues.
