Revenue Growth Strategist

Solmax is seeking a highly motivated Revenue Growth Strategist to drive revenue growth through strategic pricing analysis and process optimization. This role will involve collaborating with sales leadership and regional stakeholders to develop and implement effective pricing strategies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to achieve revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing.
- Work with the sales team to assess special pricing requests.
- Implement and monitor pricing controls.
Pricing Strategy & Analysis:
- Develop and implement pricing strategies.
- Provide regular sales reports and pricing variance analysis.
- Support forecasting and budgeting processes.
Key Qualifications:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales operations or business analysis.
- Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Presentation and communication skills.
- Experience in the construction materials industry is an asset.
