    2. Verify order details before shipment to guarantee precision and customer satisfaction.
    3. Administer payments related to orders with utmost care and attention to detail.
  • Communication:
    1. Foster effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve order-related issues in a prompt and courteous manner.
    2. Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth order processing and maintain efficient workflows.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all items meet the required quality standards and advise on payment accordingly.
  • Invoicing and Billing: Prepare accurate and detailed invoices and promptly resolve billing discrepancies to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Logistics Coordination: Liaise with suppliers and customers to coordinate shipping, handling, and documentation processes.
  • Computer Competencies: Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing computer systems for order entry, tracking, and management.
