Maxim Order Service seeks a Customer Engagement Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, drivers, and business partners to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Outreach: Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  2. Driver Support: Assist drivers with online registration processes and address any work-related issues that may arise.
  3. Business Partnership Development: Identify and develop business partnerships to foster mutually beneficial relationships.
  4. Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of strategies that improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  1. English Language Skills: Possess English language skills at an upper-intermediate level (B2) or higher.
  2. Sales and Customer Service Experience: Preferably have experience in sales and customer service.
  3. Problem-Solving and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  4. Location and Transportation: Must reside in Shah Alam or nearby area and possess own transportation.

  1. Competitive Salary: RM 2500 per month, with yearly evaluation and increment opportunities.
  2. Performance-Based Increment: Possible salary increment after 3-month probation period based on performance.
  3. Flexible Working Hours: Enjoy a 5-day working week with flexible hours from 9am to 6pm.
