Job Role: Business Operations Coordinator

Demojo Communication is seeking an experienced Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business operations and accounting, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning: The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing financial plans, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Liaison with External Parties: You will liaise with third-party suppliers and clients to ensure smooth communication and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Document Management: As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will handle filing, keep records, and ensure accurate document filing to maintain compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Administrative Tasks: You will perform general office administration tasks, such as preparing related company transactions and ensuring reconciling items are followed up properly.

Requirements:

  • Professional Qualification: A Professional/Degree/Diploma in Finance/Accounting or equivalent is essential for this role.
  • Working Experience: At least 3 years of working experience in the related field (accounting) is required.
  • Technical Skills: You should have knowledge of Microsoft applications, specifically Excel, and accounting system software (Autocount).
  • Personal Qualities: We are looking for a meticulous, responsible, and self-motivated individual with good initiatives and a team player attitude.
