About the Role

This Sales Order Specialist position is an exciting opportunity to join our sales order team and contribute to the success of our business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing sales orders, handling customer inquiries, and liaising with internal teams to resolve sales order issues.

Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and process sales orders efficiently and accurately.
  2. Attend to telephone inquiries professionally on request of sales services.
  3. Submit written quotations by email to clients/customers.
  4. Perform at a high level of customer service by interacting effectively with prospects, customers, coworkers, and management.
  5. Handle customer complaints, ensuring all complaints are documented and reverted to the respective desk/supervisor/manager for immediate action.
  6. Liaise with GSC IT regarding sales order issues in the SAP system.
  7. Coordinate all matters related to customer relationship management.
  8. Provide Sales performance reports accurately and on time.
  9. Back up and assist the sales order team as necessary.
  10. Liaise with other functions/departments (finance, account, regulatory, warehouse) for proper information flow according to procedure requirements. Contribute to the quality system and recommend changes where necessary.
  11. Efficiently deal with complaints to completion, enabling customer satisfaction.
  12. Attend to other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
  13. Properly record and scrutinize the complaints received.
  14. Facilitate creating/updating Customer Master Data.
