Job Description

The Director of Business Development will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic business plans, and generating leads.

About the Job

This is a full-time on-site role that requires strong leadership and strategic thinking skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing Weddings, Business Events, and MICE, as well as proficiency in New Business Development, Lead Generation, and Account Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Manage key accounts and ensure client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or a related field
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
