The Opportunity
As a highly skilled Customer Service Manager, you'll join our dynamic team in Malaysia, working closely with our Senior Customer Service Manager. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring our services meet the highest standards.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Key tasks include:
- Ensuring seamless service delivery aligned with our Service Description and achieving outstanding Service Level targets.
- Analyzing operational metrics and collaborating with technical delivery teams to identify trends, performance, and capacity needs.
- Focusing on customers' key business issues and providing consultancy to enhance their experience.
- Handling escalations, queries, and feedback from customers regarding operational & technical issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A strong background in IT Service Delivery Management or a related field.
- Experience in Managed Services or BPO is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work reciprocally with infrastructure teams.
- A high level of proficiency in MS Office software programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
