Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients effectively to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Guide customers through the onboarding process, ensuring their vision is accurately reflected in the final design.
  • Collaborate with clients to refine designs and implement feedback.
  • Translate clients' business ideas and brand identities into visually compelling E-Commerce websites.
  • Create custom layouts, color schemes, and visual elements that align with each client's unique needs.
  • Provide expert training on how to maintain and update their newly designed websites.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems.
  • Maintain documentation of design solutions and customer interactions.
  • Track and report on customer satisfaction metrics and project success rates.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in web design, preferably in E-Commerce platforms.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful E-Commerce website designs and user experience improvements.
  • Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Ability to translate client needs into effective design solutions.
  • Ability to engage with clients and build strong working relationships.
