The Job Description

This role involves leading IT business solutioning efforts for Patient Care, reporting to the Southeast Asia Lead, Patient Care. You will work closely with the Patient Care commercial and operations leads to understand clients' needs and propose suitable solutions.

You will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure and digital solutions for Patient Care, including the functionality and efficacy of existing systems used by Patient Care in patient program management. Additionally, you will proactively source for or develop and implement new innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency of existing IT infrastructure and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead IT business solutioning efforts for Patient Care, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with third-party service support providers like CRM, telephony, and other IT vendors.
  • Collaborate with Patient Care commercial and operations leads to identify client needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Support project management of Patient Care Management Hub roadmaps.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 – 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in IT project management, business solutions, business analysis, or CRM IT management.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
